History
A little history goes a long way. Back in 2015, Ali Al Ghamas returned to Dammam from Melbourne, Australia, with a Master’s Degree of International Business. Melbourne was a vibrant city, filled with endless cafes, restaurants and lounges which inspired and intrigued Ali to create a similar experience with the same standards and even better in Saudi. Ali’s vision was to enhance and upgrade the food and restaurants industry and the experience of dining in. He made it a goal to provide this top-quality service in his home townDammam. In 2019, after he graduated from his master degree, he returned with the objective and plan to establish and develop Bakehouse, Pastries History and Specialty Coffee accessible to everyone in Dammam/ Khobar area, with the ever-growing population and constant development in the area , it became the perfect environment and opportunity to dive into the bakery and pastry sector. It’s been said that “GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME” It turns out that great things take about a year! Ali began brainstorming the idea of Brunswick in 2019, thankfully and finally he was able to launch the Bakehouse in 2020. It took a great deal of hard work and dedication, attention to detail and of course the strive to be perfect and not less. Ali was eager to make his vision and dream come to life without hesitation or second thoughts.
